Materials
- 1 cup baking soda
- 1/4 cup citric acid
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of water or herbal tea in a spray bottle
- 15 to 20 drops essential oil I Used eucalyptus from kotanical which is an Irish organic essential oil brand.
Next step is to put all your Dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Using your spray bottle gently spritz the dry ingredients slowly and not too much as to cause a fizz reaction. When the ingredients looks like damp sand, add them to a mould of your choice. Some beautiful ones available Like little heart designs. I choose a plain one as I like a larger fizz for cleaning.
Leave the moulds for 24 hours, pop out of mould and store in a glass container or airlock sealed container. You can chose your essential oils to suit your taste. Lavender is lovely and lemongrass gives a beautiful smell to the bathroom. Pop into the toilet and allow to fizz you can use your toilet brush to give a quick clean around the bowl.
